Cover Base Shimmer 002 is a rubber-based camo base with a touch of shimmer — soft pastel tones combined with radiant opal particles give the nails a healthy, luminous finish.

This base is perfect for clients who want a natural glow or a bit of sparkle under their gel polish. It’s great for full coverage, French sets, or as a stand-alone look. Thanks to its medium viscosity, it self-levels beautifully without running or streaking, making it easy to build clean structure and smooth apex.

The formula adds strength and flexibility to the natural nail, helping to prevent chips, cracks, and lifting — even on thin or damaged nails.

For best adhesion and to avoid lifting (since this is a harder base), apply a thin slip layer of a flexible base like Base Rubber or Base Power underneath.

1. Apply the degreasing agent Nail Prep F.O.X on the swollen surface of the nail;

2. Apply Ultrabond F.O.X — acid-free primer for additional adhesion;

Before applying F.O.X Cover Base Shimmer, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of elastic base coat (ex. Power Base)

3. Аpply the Cover Base Shimmer 002 in one or two layers in the technique of strengthening nails, polymerize in a UV lamp 36W - 2 minutes, LED / UV lamp 36 / 48W - 30-60 seconds.

The nail is ready to be covered with color gel polish or top.

Remove with F.O.X Gel Remover for 10 min or with machine.
